[No title!!] Green ? A It's a story about 2 dogs playing one day. It was so-so interesting.
A lot of hats Pink Non-fiction A This book has a bunch of different stories. Hat stories, mop stories, jam stories, and so on. For example, the story about hats: Tom, his mother and his father are sitting, and while looking at a book, they ask where's the hat and how many hats are there. It was the first book I read so it was a bit hard, but the pictures and so were very interesting.
Billy and the Queen Pink Adventure A It's about Buraini. [?] I didn't understand because there were words and symbols I didn't understand.
Goldilocks and the three bears Green Non-fiction G It's a story about how one day three bears go out and how a girl messes up their house. It's the first book I've read in English, but it was fun.
Goldilocks and the three bears Green Humor G While 3 bears are out, a girl called Goldilocks comes to their house, eats their food and sleeps in their beds, and when the bears come back, they're house is a mess. The pictures of the bears and the inside of the house are very cute.
I am Sam Pink Humor G This book teaches you the parts of the body. It explains things and word meanings in an easy way. The pictures were clear, so I liked the book.
In the garden Pink Adventure G A boy finds a magic key, and he and five or so of his friends become small (the key glows). The story is about their various adventures. I too would like to be that small! I too would like to try eating food when being that small.
In the garden Pink Adventure G A boy has a key in his hand, and he and his friends become small. Everyday grass becomes a jungle for him and, with the help of his friends they go home. I too thought I'd like to be small one time. But, I'm not so strong so I'd die.
In the garden Pink Adventure G It's a story about a magic key that makes you small and you can then go on adventures where eveything seems big. I too think it'd be nice to become small, but it's scary too.
In the garden Pink Adventure G Some children find a small key that's magic or something, and they become small and have a bunch of adventures. I like adventures. If I became small, a cat would be scary for me too. It'd be nice to eat strawberries that are giant!
Jasper Pink Humor A It's a story about a boy called Jasper, who's always getting answers wrong but who, when he's on TV, answers a difficult question. Jasper gets a prize at the end for answering a hard question. I want that prize.
Jasper Pink Humor P This bird asks this boy different questions, but the boy always answers "I don't know". But on a TV quiz show he answers a question and gets a prize. This boy is always saying "I don't know" or answering differently, so I don't know if he's really stupid or just pretending.
Land of the dinosaurs Pink Adventure A [Some children] go into a magic box. There, they take a picture with a dinosaur, but they get scared and forget a shoe. After, when they leave the magic box, they look in the book and they see the shoe. The book looked interesting at first but, after reading it, it's just average.

Also, when they show the camera to the father, there It was a very interesting book but I didn't understand the first part of the book.
Little red hen Green Humor G There's a dog, a cat and a mouse who never work. But if anyone asks them "Let's eat some bread?" they say "Yes". But because it's not fair to eat bread without doing any work, the chicken eats everything. It's a very interesting story. I too think it's not right that the dog, the cat and the mouse eat the bread without having to do anything.
Look at this Pink ? A Two children playing together. I didn't understand too well.
Lost in the jungle Pink Adventure G It's a story about how, with a magic key, some people go to the jungle and look for a Lost City. I too would like to go on an adventure trip in the jungle like the people in this story did.
Lost in the jungle Pink Adventure G Mom gets a birthday present. They find a key and disappear into the jungle. In the end, they find a lost city. It made me want to have an adventure. But, I still don't understand what's a "lost city".
Lost in the jungle Pink Adventure G There are adventures with a magical key that takes you to the jungle. It was great. There were different adventures, with lots of animals. And even though there are things like gold chairs and such, it's a good book.
Marcel and the white star Green Humor G It's a story about a mouse, called Marcel, who gets a ring stuck around his neck and has to return the ring to its owner. I liked how Marcel's curiosity took him to different places and people, and how it got him into different kinds of trouble.
Meet the Spookies Green Mystery G It's about Spooky. At first, he couldn't do anything, but by the end he's doing magic. Even though Spooky tries, things go wrong. But, in the end, he can do magic, so that's good. This story encouraged me to never give up.
Read it yourself Green ? G A fox catches a chicken, but the chicken puts a rock in a bag. When the fox boils the bag, it burns him. It's like the stories about the 7 billy goats and the three little pigs.
Read it yourself Pink Humor P It's about what to do and how to do it. It's not a story-book so it's not very much fun.

Sadako and the thousand paper cranes Blue Non-fiction G Sadako became a victime of the bomb when she was two years old. She survived. But she suddenly became ill ten years old. She started making origam cranes. "I'll get will if make a thousand" she believed. But sadly she died. It's very sad. The heat of the atomic bomb reached 7000ﾟc. About 130,000 people were killed in an instant. There was almost noting in the city. I think there must never be another Hiroshima or Nagashaki anywhere on earth. It is important for all of us to
Sam to the rescue Pink Humor P Tom, Kate and Sam (a dog) go on a picnic (?)… they buy a rubber boat, the sea takes the boat away… and Sam swims out and brings it back. I understood up to the middle of the book, but after that the stories became broken and so I didn't understand.
The apple dragon Pink Humor G A dinosaur (?) comes to a town, wanting apples and music. I couldn't believe that the town's people would be really scared if [the dragon] were only looking for apples and music.
The outing Pink Humor,Adventure A [Some children] go to the zoo in a bus. On the way, William stupidly loses his shoe when he kicks a rock. Shoeless, he goes to the zoo, but it rains so everyones goes back to the bus and they go to the museum. There, they see dinosaurs, both real and in p
The three little pigs ? ? A Three little pigs build a house each. Then, a bad wolf comes and starts to blow down the houses one by one. He can't blow down the 3rd house down so he goes down the chimney, but he falls into a pot of hot water. I knew the story, but it was nice to read it English this time.
The ugly duckling Green Adventure G It's a story about anugly little duck who's told by a rabbit, a bird, a cow, a boy and a girl, "You're ugly. Go away!", but in the end he turns into a swan. I've read this in Japanese but this is the first time, of course, in English. But, it was an easy book to read.
The unhappy ghost Green Mystery A A ghost comes at night and scares two girls. One of the girls gets mad with the ghost. The ghost starts to cry. The other girl is nice to the ghost, and they become friends. After that, the ghost and the girls meet once a week. It was pretty interesting. But, the pictures could be a little cuter.
